Our policies automatically exclude cover for pre-existing medical conditions. Please refer to the Important Notes on page 3 of the Policy Wording and Page 1 of the Policy Summary for further details.
Q2) Are there any age restrictions on your travel insurance policy?
Yes – We are able to offer cover if you are 70 or under on the day that the policy incepts. Please note that cover for winter sports is not available for persons aged 60 years or over.
Q3) Are you able to provide travel insurance for children travelling alone?
We are unable to provide any cover in respect of trip's undertaken by dependent children unless accompanied by an adult who is covered by the policy. This exclusion shall not apply if you have purchased an annual multi-trip insurance in which case dependent children will be covered whilst travelling with an adult who is covered by the policy or
a) with an adult known to either you or your spouse/partner,
b) with a teacher on an organised school trip or
c) as an unaccompanied minor on a scheduled air service
Q4) We have an individual & partner travel insurance policy, is my partner able to travel alone?
Yes, your partner is able to travel alone under the policy.
Q5) Am I able to increase my travel insurance cover to more than 31 days in duration?
Our holiday travel insurance can only cover a period up to 31 days at any one time. If you require a longer period of cover see our Explorer / Backpacker Insurance.

Q7) Will I receive notification when my policy is due for renewal?
Yes, an e-mail will be issued from the renewals department to the e-mail you provided upon the purchase of the policy. If this changes during the course of the policy you will need to inform us of this.

Q9) I need to cancel my policy how can I do this?

Q10) How long have I got to cancel my policy if I change my mind?
Depending on the policy, up to 14 days. Cooling off periods and your cancellation rights are explained in your Policy Wordings document. If you have misplaced this document you can get a copy from the members area, or alternatively contact us with your name & policy number and we can send you a copy.
Q11) What happens if I don't receive my documents?
If you haven't received your documents within 24 hours please contact us and we will sort out the problem straight away. We ask you to wait 24 hours to ensure that the e-mail has not been delayed on its way to you. If this causes a problem please contact us immediately on 0844 8730 902. As we e-mail your documents please check that the e-mail has not be put into your SPAM folder or blocked by your e-mail provider.
