If you have a claim please call our claims administrators on 0844 856 2194 (24 hours a day, 365 days a year)
To enable us to give you a speedy response, please have the following information ready:
- your name, address and a contact number,
- your policy number and the period of insurance on the Isurance Schedule
- full details of the incident - what, where and why - and the date and time of loss/damage
- if the incident involves and person other than yourself, their full details and insuarance particulars, if known
- if the police have been advised, which station contacted and the Crime Reference Number
- if your possessions have been lost or stolenm full details including date of purchase, original cost price and amount claimed
