Your Monthly Benefit
Select the amount of monthly benefit you require, up to £1,800. This should be sufficient to cover at least your normal monthly mortgage repayment and related life assurance, endowment or investment contracts. Your chosen monthly benefit can be up to 25% more than the amount of your monthly mortgage repayment. |

Who is the Cover for
If you have a joint mortgage you can both be covered and the benefit can be split in whatever proportions you require. The maximum benefit of £1800 per month applies to the total combined benefit you choose. |

Eldest Applicant
Please let us know the age of the Eldest Applicant to be covered by this policy. The maximum age we accept for Mortgage Care is 64. The minimum age is 18. |

Your cover date must be within 30 days of today. |

How much will the cover cost?
The current premium for MortgageCare to cover you against the risks of accident, sickness and unemployment is £5.49 per month for every £100 of monthly benefit you insure. If you wish to restrict cover to either unemployment only or accident and sickness only, the premium will be £3.61 per month for each £100 insured. Please complete the information above to obtain your personal quotation. This Payment Protection Insurance (MortgageCare) is optional. There are other providers of Payment Protection Insurance and other products designed to protect you against loss of income. MortgageCare Insurance
MortgageCare is a standard accident, sickness and unemployment insurance policy designed to protect your monthly mortgage repayments. It provides cover for 12 monthly benefits following an initial deferred period. The level of benefit can be arranged for up to 25% more than your monthly mortgage repayments to allow for related costs such as life assurance, endowment and investment contracts.
The maximum monthly benefit is £1800, or 75% of your gross monthly income, whichever is the lesser.
Please note that MortgageCare is issued and administered by our sister company, Universal Provident Limited, and is underwritten by Lloyd's Syndicate 5820.
