July And August Premiums
We offer you our sincere apologies for the non-collection of premiums in July and August to some of our customers.
This is down purely to an issue with our Direct Debit Processors and our bank and we cannot apologise enough for the inconvenience caused.
We did write to all our customers at the beginning of the month explaining the changes to our Direct Debit Processors and hoped that in some way this would help resolve the issue but unfortunately it hasn’t. We are posting this apology and explanation to keep all customers informed.
Don’t worry though your cover has been maintained and premiums paid to underwriters meaning your policy is still active.
We will be contacting those affected over the next few days to help resolve the situation.
